Delete your data
You can ask us to permanently delete your wacrm account and everything stored in it. Submit the form below and we will confirm your identity by email, then erase the data.
Why we confirm first. This form is public — anyone can open it. If it deleted an account the moment someone typed an email address, a stranger could destroy your business's entire message history. So we verify ownership by email before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile — name, email address and password hash.
- Your business account, its plan and its billing record.
- Every WhatsApp conversation and message stored for the account, inbound and outbound.
- All contacts, along with their tags, notes, custom fields and pipeline history.
- All uploaded and received media — images, video, audio and documents.
- Your encrypted WhatsApp access token and webhook verify token.
- Automations, flows, broadcasts and API keys belonging to the account.
What we keep, and why
- A minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed, which is what lets us prove the deletion happened.
- Transaction records we are required to keep by tax law.
- Anything already delivered to Meta as part of sending a WhatsApp message — that copy lives in Meta’s systems and is governed by Meta’s policies, not ours.
Timeline
Once you confirm ownership, your data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days, by which point the backups holding it have rotated out. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Were you messaged by a business using wacrm?
If you are not a wacrm customer but a business contacted you through it, that business controls your record and we only store it on their behalf — so the fastest route is to ask them directly. You can also submit the form below or email contact@slimhippo.in and we will pass the request on and help them carry it out. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
